What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote and carry out work on your vehicle.
Information you give us. When you submit a request through our website form, use the chat widget, call us or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the location where your vehicle is parked, details of your vehicle, and whatever you tell us about the fault or service you need.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and analytics tools record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the site you arrived from. This is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it working.
What we do not collect. We do not take payment through this website, so no card or bank details are entered here. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide an estimate
- To arrange a visit and carry out work on your vehicle
- To keep a service record for your vehicle
- To contact you about a booking, a follow-up, or a question about work we have done

Text messages and calls
If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by SMS about your enquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by telling us on a call or by email. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us contacting you about a job already in progress.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only so far as they need it:

- Our website host — stores and serves this site
- Google — provides the embedded map on our pages
- Our review platform — displays customer reviews on this site
